Cloud Bed Frames
Cloud Bed Frames are Maison Blanc's fully upholstered take on the soft, rounded, sculptural bed frame — no hard edges anywhere on the frame. Choose the clean-edged Original profile or the fully rounded Curved profile, both upholstered in soft bouclé, with free Australia-wide delivery.
What is a Cloud Bed Frame?
A cloud bed frame replaces a traditional rigid frame with a continuous, 360° cushioned base — every surface, from the sides to the integrated headboard, is upholstered rather than boxed in timber or metal. The result is a softer, more forgiving bed frame that reads as sculptural furniture in its own right.
Cloud Beds vs Marshmallow Beds
"Cloud bed" and "marshmallow bed" are two names for the same style — a fully upholstered, edge-free bed frame with a soft, rounded silhouette. Maison Blanc's Cloud Bed Frame is our take on this shape, sometimes searched for as a marshmallow bed frame.
Original vs Curved Cloud Bed Frames
The Original silhouette keeps a clean, rectilinear profile; the Curved silhouette rounds every edge further for an even softer, more sculptural shape. Both sit low to the floor as platform-style bed frames. The Original is available in Double, Queen, King and Super King; the Curved is available in Double, Queen and King. Mattress not included.
Bouclé Cloud Bed Frames
Every Cloud Bed Frame in this collection is upholstered in bouclé — Teddy, Black, Earl Grey, Dreamy White and Butter Cream in the Original silhouette, and Black, White and Cream in the Curved silhouette.

How the Cloud Bed Frame is Made
Beneath the bouclé, each frame is built from carbon steel with a metal base and wooden slat support. Steel components are powder-coated, helping protect against rusting, scratching, chipping and fading. Every frame comes with an integrated upholstered headboard.
