At Maison Blanc, we want you to feel confident when selecting furniture for your home. Please review our return conditions before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be:

Unused and uninstalled
Unassembled where applicable
Free from damage or signs of use
In original, resalable condition
Returned with its original packaging where necessary for safe transport
Complete with all supplied components and accessories

All change-of-mind returns require prior authorisation from Maison Blanc.

Customers must contact our team within the return window to request approval. Approved returns will be provided with return instructions and a reasonable deadline for dispatching the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

This includes return shipping, freight charges, protective packaging and any specialist transportation required for oversized or heavy furniture.

Return freight charges for voluntary change-of-mind returns are non-refundable.

Maison Blanc will provide the appropriate return instructions and destination once the return has been approved.

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

Subject to applicable law, voluntary change-of-mind returns are not available for:

Custom-made furniture
Bespoke dimensions or personalised configurations
Specially ordered products
Made-to-order products where clearly disclosed before purchase
Products manufactured using a customer-approved natural stone slab
Clearance or final-sale products where clearly disclosed
Products that have been used, assembled or damaged after delivery
Items that cannot be safely returned in a resaleable condition

These exclusions apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns and do not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Maison Blanc with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs where available.

Our customer care team will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers will not be required to bear return freight costs where Maison Blanc is legally responsible for those costs.

The 7-day change-of-mind period does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer protection law.

Natural Stone Characteristics

Maison Blanc furniture is crafted from natural materials, including marble and travertine.

Natural variations may occur in:

Colour
Veining
Pattern
Texture
Surface pores
Mineral markings
Stone characteristics

Each natural stone piece is unique. Natural variations that are consistent with the material's characteristics are not automatically manufacturing defects.

This does not exclude genuine damage, misrepresentation or manufacturing defects.

Product Photography

Product images are intended to represent each design and material accurately.

Natural stone patterns and colours will vary between individual slabs. Minor differences may also occur due to photography, lighting and screen displays.

Refund Processing

Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the policy and applicable law.

The time taken for the funds to appear may vary according to the customer's payment provider or financial institution.
