Every Maison Blanc piece is backed by our Lifetime Structural Warranty, giving you long-term confidence in the structural integrity of your furniture.
Our natural stone furniture, bed frames, sofas and chairs, and lighting are all covered. We build furniture to last, and we stand behind its structure for the life of the product.
What's covered
The Lifetime Structural Warranty covers structural faults or failures arising from defects in construction or structural integrity during normal and intended use — for example, genuine structural failure of the frame, base, joins or other load-bearing components, where the failure was not caused by misuse, impact or external damage.
The warranty applies for the lifetime of the product while it is owned by the original purchaser, subject to these terms. Commercial use may be covered where the product is used for its intended purpose and has not been subjected to unreasonable misuse or conditions outside its intended design.
What's not covered
The structural warranty does not cover:
- accidental, physical or impact damage
- misuse, abuse or neglect
- damage from incorrect assembly, installation, moving or handling
- damage from exceeding the product's intended use or load
- scratches, chips, dents or surface damage
- stains, spills or discolouration
- normal wear and tear
- fabric pilling, stretching, fading or ordinary changes from use
- improper cleaning, or use of incorrect cleaning products or methods
- heat, moisture, chemical or environmental damage
- natural variation in stone, timber, leather and other natural materials — including stone veining, pores, fissures, tonal variation and mineral characteristics
- damage from third-party modification or repair
- cosmetic changes that do not affect structural integrity
Natural variations in natural stone are characteristics of the material and are not defects.
How to make a claim
Contact us at contact@maisonblancliving.com.au or 0403 756 077 with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We'll assess the claim and, where it is covered, arrange a repair or replacement.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict or modify them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
