Will It Fit? Delivery Access Guide
Natural stone and large upholstered furniture are heavy and rigid. Before you order, please take a few minutes to check that your piece can reach its room safely.
Measure the whole path
Check the narrowest point of every stage between the street and the final room:
- Front gates, paths and steps
- Entry doors — width and height, and how far the door opens
- Hallways and corners — allow room to turn
- Lifts — door width, internal depth and weight limit
- Staircases — width, turns and landings; ceiling clearance above the stairs
- The doorway into the destination room
Compare these against the product dimensions listed on the product page. Remember a rigid piece often needs to be carried at an angle, so allow extra clearance on the diagonal.
